Create Images

There are two ways to create images. One is to create blank file, and another is to open an existing file.

[edit] Creating a New File

To create a new file, you can use the following menus, or you can use the keyboard shortcut: (Mac: ⌘+N | Win: Ctrl+N)

You choose things such as size, resolution, color mode, etc that should be used for the file's creation.

[edit] Opening Files

There are many different ways to open files.

• Double click the file icon in the finder/explorer
• File -> Open in the menu
• Keyboard shortcut (Mac: ⌘+O | Win: Ctrl+O)
• With Adobe Bridge
• Operating System integrate methods
