         Deleting and extracting objects
              Remove (cut) an object from a photo
              Delete selected pixels
              Extract an object from its background

SIMPLE EXAMPLE NUMBER ONE

   Using the Circle Marquee, Draw out a Circle in the center or an image.
   Next, Command Shift to [ select Inverse ].
   Then Delete outer image area.

   In addition you can use the Lasso Tool or Pen Tool to create a selection.
