How about a page where people can request a tutorial on a specific topic?
What about a page dedicated for the history of Photoshop and how it came about? Or what people used back then when there was no Photoshop?

This might be a long shot, but what about interviewing a Photoshop developer? Get someone from Adobe to answer member's questions about why they do/did certain things, etc. Could be ongoing or a one-off session, but would be an amazing insight into the program.
I think there should be a page or section dedicated to tips/shortcuts/etc. It would be where you can outline one tip or trick that wouldn't necessitate a complete tutorial.

Maybe there should be a site with (very good) tutorials, ordered by topic. Like, HAIR COLOR: "link", WEB 2.0 ICONS: "link"...
There should be a forum!! So everyone can discuss and socialize
